Buffalo Con Queso Dip
Source: Gail Carrell (Entered by Shalley Carrell)My mother-in-law, Gail Carrell, used to make this delicious dip for her bridge club meetings. We replaced the beef with buffalo and gave it a new name. It is popular at our farm events. Kids love it!
