Habanero Peach Glazed Pork Loin

This recipe works for free range chicken or beef too. You can also use the glaze on a roast to marinate the meat. It makes it fork tender and moist.

Ingredients
1 lime zest and juice
1/2 navel orange juice only
4 oz Habanero Peach Jam (My Daily Bread)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Sear boneless pork loin or chicken in a hot pan about 10 seconds each side Glaze before putting them under the broiler glaze every 2 minutes no longer than 8 minutes total Remove from broiler and set on plate 2-4 minutes serve with Peach Pico de gallo

A customer gave this recipe to me and she has made this for Scott's on the Square in Gainesville with rave reviews. This glaze can also be used as a marinade and will create a fork tender, moist entree.
