The Weblog

The Online Market is open for ordering from 8 AM Wednesday till 8 PM on Thursday.
Spring time is upon us again. The planting of vegetables and flowers is in full spead as we work to provide an aboundance of fresh new products. Please feel free to make your selections from the great products available this week.

Remember the New Customer Referral Program
From March 20 through June 30

How it Works
1. Tell a friend about the CUMMING HARVEST farmers market.
2. Have them register at cumming.locallygrown.net. (the market managers will contact all new customers to ask who referred them)
3. After their third purchase (3 different weeks), your credit will be applied to your account.
Thank you for sharing your love of healthy food and for helping to support our local growers!

This Week

Cultured Traditions will be listing this week. Check out their traditional Russian sauerkraut, beet kvass and other fun ferments.

Indian Creek Angus will deliver on December 6th.

Heirloom Gardens Wreaths
If you saw the wreaths that were delivered last week, you know how pretty they are. They are still on the market; December 16 is the last week to purchase one.

Cheese
We will be placing an order for natural raw-milk cheese, made at Meadow Valley Farm, an Amish farm in Indiana that raises their cows on pasture. We have ordered from them before and their product is delicious, non-GMO and soy-free. Varieties offered include Cheddar, Colby, Havarti, Gouda, Pepper Jack, Meadow Jack, and Jalapeno. If you are interested in purchasing 1 pound blocks, please let Suzanne or Jennifer know your quantity and variety preference within the next two weeks.

Eggs
Our newest grower, Roper Family Farm, begins selling eggs next week! They are raising 22 Golden Comet chickens on pasture using rotational grazing methods supplemented with certified Organic soy-free feed.
