About:
A small farm supporting the local community of Dacula Ga and surrounding areas with all natural vegetables, eggs, lamb and beef. We are Animal Welfare Approved and use Organic Non-GMO Soy-free feed for our livestock.
Mission:
To be good stewards of the land using sustainable farming practices that produce healthy vegetables, animals and value added products for our family, local community and future generations.
Description
Here at Wholesome Country Farm we have a unique farming model. In addition to being Certified Naturally Grown for our produce, and Animal Welfare Approved for our laying hens we take it one step further by promoting a Soy-Free farm environment. All of our livestock feed is sourced from an all Organic Soy-Free feed supplier. Even the cat and dog food is Soy-Free. Wholesome Country Farm produces, vegetables, eggs, lamb and some beef.

We grow three seasons of non-GMO produce, Spring, Summer and Fall. All of our produce is grown outside in the ground. We use sustainable farming practices, with the goal of being good stewards of the land a top priority. We demonstrate this in many ways, replenishing the soil through rotational crop management, composting, companion planting and the encouragement of beneficial insects to name just a few.

We market our products directly to the consumer offering on site scheduled farm pick up, and online ordering through Locally Grown markets.

If you are looking for GMO Free and Soy-Free egg, meat and vegetable products, Wholesome Country Farm has what you have been looking for Here is a graph outlining the difference in Organically produced products v.s. Non-GMO and Conventional.

The Difference Between Non-GMO and Organic
It’s the difference between “Conventionally Grown,” and Organic. Non-GMO is NOT a less expensive alternative to organic, as food retailers would have you believe. It has more in common with GMO than Organic. Non-GMO is GMO without the “rogue proteins.” Non-GMO is conventionally farmed and has as much potential to do damage to soils as GMO.
