With our Jerk Marinade, you get to experience the flavor of jerk style cuisine celebrated in Jamaica and enjoyed in other parts of the world. Our product contains a blend of Indian & Jamaican spices and our culinary influences. We have the bases covered as far as the ingredients are concerned being: Naturally Gluten-Free Ingredients Free from Corn Syrup Free from Soy Based Ingredients Great with lamb, poultry, beef, pork, venison, seafood, vegetables Mild-Medium spice level Used as a marinade, condiment, or flavor enhancer Our Jerk Marinade is a wet rub marinade and the spice level ranges from mild-medium. The Net Wt. 9 Oz. jar contents can be used with about 20 lbs. of meat depending on usage. It can be used as your primary marinade/rub or used to supplement your other dishes such as stews, etc. Usage Directions Our Jerk Marinade can be used right away if you’re in a hurry, but we recommend marinating for at least an hour to overnight. We’d also recommend using about 1 tbsp. per pound of meat. Add additional sprinkle salt or pepper as needed. Cook however you like – on the grill, in the smoker, the oven, or stove-top. Enjoy!

We made our awesome Kimchi and had lots of beautiful brine left after we packaged it. It is a thick, spicy and very flavorful brine that still has chunks of napa cabbage in it! It is absolutely delicious on rice, meats, eggs and just as a dipping sauce. It is also a wonderful soup base.
