Buffalo Con Queso
Source: This is my mother-in-law, Gail Carrell's beef dip recipe she took to bridge club meetings for years. (Entered by Shalley Carrell)You can substitute our delicious water buffalo ground for any ground beef recipe. We’re posting a few of our favorites for something new and interesting. We bring this cheesy dip to family functions by popular demand and have a big crock pot of it going at farm parties. Kids go crazy for it.
