This Week at The Cumming Harvest
THIS WEEK…
Heritage Farm I’m sorry to say that Heritage Farm will not be selling with us this week and possibly for a while. They have a long drive to deliver to us from Bowden, GA and as you can imagine expenses with travel can add up. Sales need to be at a certain level and they just weren’t meeting the mark. We’ll miss Greg and all that he offered to our market.
We are in communication with a local dairy farmer from Dawsonville and I’ll let you know as soon as he is approved to sell.
Chicken may be difficult to get but my hopes are with the new chicken processing facility in Alabama that more farmers will be selling based on that they can now process more closely to home than traveling to Kentucky.
